He's Gone through IKYR is pure bliss. In the jam proceeding TOO, Jerry makes some ridiculously cool noises on the guitar that make you feel like your deep in a dark jungle, with strange animal noises coming from all around. Check it out for yourself. The first few minutes is very interesting, I love it. Listen to Jerry around the 36 sec mark. Animal noises!

The PITB is also worth noting. Excellent show here from start to finish. Even the short first set songs have unique licks and rhythms that make them stand out.

I was there too.
21 years later I was listening to the Grateful Dead Hour and when I heard the crowd react to the line about Buffalo in 'Truckin,' (a distinct memory from that evening) I knew it just had to be a broadcast of the recording from this night.
The He's Gone -> IKYR is epic '73 Dead.
